Job Outreach — Assistente de vagas is a browser extension that helps users organize job searches and fill job application forms using information from their own resume/profile.
The extension helps the user analyze the currently active job-search or job-application page and optionally fill visible form fields with resume/profile information provided by the user. The extension only acts after the user opens the extension popup and requests an action.
Depending on how the user uses the extension, it may process:
The extension does not intentionally collect passwords, payment information, authentication tokens, files attached to applications, or unrelated browsing history.
Data is used only to provide the extension's job-search organization and job-application form filling features, including:
127.0.0.1:3210 for local profile/content processing requested by the user.The extension does not sell user data and does not use user data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
The extension stores settings and profile/resume-derived data locally in the browser, using browser extension storage and local browser databases where applicable. This allows the extension to work without requiring the user to re-enter the same information each time.
The imported resume and generated structured profile are intended for the user's own use in the browser extension.
The extension's declared host permission is limited to http://127.0.0.1:3210/*, which is the loopback address of the user's own computer.
When the optional local companion service is running, the extension may send user-requested data to that local service to support local processing and content generation features. The service is not a public remote server; it runs on the user's own device.
Responses from the local service are treated as data and are not executed as code.
The extension does not execute remotely hosted code. All JavaScript executed by the extension is included in the extension package. The extension does not download and execute scripts from remote servers.
The browser extension itself is designed to process the essential resume/job-search flow locally in the browser.
For development or optional advanced local-provider use, a separate local Node.js companion service may be configured by the user. If that local service is configured to use external AI services, such use is controlled by the local service configuration on the user's own computer, not by the browser extension package itself. Personal profile fields are not intended to be sold or shared for advertising.

The user controls when the extension runs by opening the extension popup and requesting analysis or form filling on the active tab. The user can review and edit information before using it in job application forms. The extension does not submit job applications, does not click final submit/save buttons, and does not apply to jobs on behalf of the user.
Users can remove extension data by clearing the extension's storage through the browser settings or by uninstalling the extension.
